Community Services Consortium promotes the development of strong working relationships with the local businesses. CSC and several other Linn, Benton and Lincoln County organizations have partnered to develop and implement the One Stop Career Network. A strong workforce includes the need for a skilled and available applicant pool. CSC, along with its partners associated with the One Stop Centers can assist a business with its staffing needs. Job seekers, enrolled in CSC workforce programs are not just names on a paper, but are seen on a regular basis by CSC’s Employment Specialists. This allows for a better job match as personalities along with occupational skills can be considered. By utilizing our personalized matching services, a business can save money and time in meeting their hiring needs.
