Who We Are:
Community Services Consortium is a nonprofit Community
Action Agency that develops,
manages, and provides services and support to individuals and families who lack
sufficient financial resources to meet their basic needs or to provide the kind
of quality life they desire. CSC was established in July of 1980. Most services are funded through federal and state
funding but are supplemented through customer donations, local levies, private
grants, and fundraising efforts. CSC
is the State designated Community Action Agency (ORS190) serving Linn, Benton
and Lincoln counties, Oregon.
Our Mission:
To help people in Linn, Benton and Lincoln counties to overcome the causes and
conditions of poverty by providing services leading to productive and
self-sufficient lives.

Our Goal:
CSC
staff provide skills, knowledge, new hope, new opportunities and renewed optimism to
low-income people in the communities we serve. In partnership with each client,
we work together to enable them to develop and achieve
their full potential.
