Second Chance Renter Rehabilitation Program

The “Second Chance” program is designed to help prospective renters overcome obstacles which prevents them from obtaining housing.

Consisting of six classes taught by qualified instructors from the community, a participant will learn new skills in landlord tenant issues; conflict resolution; energy education; money management; goal setting; and how to be a good tenant.

If you have been turned down for rentals because of poor credit or rental history; are tired of living in motels or doubling with friends and family; or would like to learn what landlords expect, then this free program is for you.
